Acceptance of persons or companies as agents LUSOPAY is dependent on the acceptance by LUSOPAY and the Central Bank of the country where the agency is located.
WHAT ARE THE TASKS OF AN AGENT?
When opening accounts:
- check if the documents are from the person who is opening the account at LUSOPAY
- photocopy, sign and send the client documents to LUSOPAY
After opening LUSOPAY account:
- receive customer balance loads and make this amount available in the customer's LUSOPAY account.
- allow customers to withdraw balances, delivering this amount in cash to the client. />
Regarding non-customers LUSOPAY:
- receive cash payments of invoices with numeric references LUSOPAY
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- have a business establishment
- have android or iOS equipment (smartphone or tablet)
- install the free LUSOPAY app on the android or iOS device
- have a thermal printer that works with android or iOS to print proof of payment (you can get one like the one on the right at LUSOPAY)
DOWNLOAD THE CONTRACT
We make two contracts available: one is for an individual entrepreneur and another for a corporate person. Download the most appropriate agreement, open it in a program such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent and fill out the form fields that appear on the first page. Then print 2 originals, sign and send to our address:
